A beautiful bag is not a standard.
Più begins with the decisions inside it: the flour selected, the purpose it serves, the information we disclose and the place it is milled.
Selected, not merely sourced
Every Più flour must earn a distinct place in the range. We choose by intended use and performance, then explain the difference in language a home baker can use.
Milled in Emilia-Romagna
Più is milled in a region where bread, pasta and dough are part of a serious food culture. The location matters because knowledge matters.
Composition in plain sight
Ingredients, origin, classification and relevant technical details should not be difficult to find. What is in the flour — and what is not — will be stated only when verified.
Organic when it is organic
Organic is a meaningful product attribute, not a blanket halo. Certified organic Più flours are clearly identified; the rest of the range is never presented as something it is not.
Explained for the kitchen
Tipo, protein, W and P/L are useful only when they help someone make a better choice. Più translates technical information into practical guidance.
Tested before promised
Each flour should be tested in the recipes and conditions in which Più recommends it. Claims about performance should follow the result, not precede it.
The Più Standard is simple: say exactly what the flour is, choose it for a reason and make that reason useful.
