Più is a range of Italian flours selected by purpose and milled in Emilia-Romagna.
Is every Più flour organic?
No. Organic is product-specific. Certified organic products are clearly marked on the product page and packaging.
Where is the wheat grown?
Wheat origin is confirmed individually for each flour as our supplier documentation is finalized — check the Product Facts table on each product page for its current status.
Is Più unbleached or bromate-free?
We're confirming this in writing for every relevant SKU, alongside a U.S. labeling review, before stating it here.
What is Tipo 0 or Tipo 00?
An Italian classification based on how much bran and germ remain after milling. It is not a direct stand-in for protein or strength — see the Flour Guide for more detail.
How much is in one bag?

Gluten and health
Does Più contain gluten?
Yes. Più is wheat flour and contains gluten.
Can someone with celiac disease use Più?
No. Più is not gluten-free and is not suitable for celiac disease.
Is Italian flour easier to digest?
Più does not make a general digestion claim based on country of origin. Customers with persistent symptoms should consult a qualified medical professional.
