Our Story

Più began with something we could not find.

Chapter 1

New York

In New York, almost every everyday ingredient seemed to have been reconsidered. Coffee came with an origin. Olive oil had a point of view. Water occupied entire shelves. Flour was different: essential, familiar and largely anonymous.

Chapter 2

A familiar standard

Coming from Slovenia and living close to Italian food culture, we knew flour as something chosen according to what it had to become. Bread, pizza, pastry and pasta did not begin with the same bag by default.

Chapter 3

The market signal

We also kept seeing Americans search for the ingredients and food experiences they associated with Europe. That interest was real. The medical conclusions often attached to it were not ours to make. Più would focus on what could be honestly offered: provenance, purpose, transparency and care.

Chapter 4

Three perspectives

Più grew between Slovenia, Italy and the United States. That combination keeps the brand grounded in the food culture it draws from and useful to the customer it serves.

Chapter 5

The name

Più means "more." Not more complication. More attention to the ingredient doing the most fundamental work.

Più began with something we could not find. So we started making it.
